Everlove Academy Refund Policy

Welcome to Everlove Academy (“Everlove Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not enroll in our programs.

1. Program Enrollment Structure

Everlove Academy offers both:

• Class-based enrollment programs (public speaking, debate, leadership, art, camps, workshops, etc.)
• Subscription-based programs (including piano and other ongoing instruction programs)

2. Two-Class Satisfaction Guarantee (Class-Based Programs)

For eligible class-based programs, Everlove Academy offers a Two-Class Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you feel the program is not the right fit within the first two (2) class sessions, you may choose one of the following options:

• Request a prorated refund for all remaining unused sessions, or
• Transfer to another class of equal value

✅ No questions asked
✅ Applies only to the first two sessions
✅ Must be requested before the third session begins

This policy is designed to give families peace of mind while maintaining a stable learning environment for all students.

 

3. Refunds After the First Two Sessions (Class-Based Programs)

Once a student has attended more than two sessions:

• No refunds will be issued for the current program
• No partial refunds for missed classes
• Make-up classes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability

 

4. Summer Camps & Short-Term Programs

For summer camps and short-term programs:

• Cancellations made before the program start date may be eligible for a partial refund, at Everlove Academy’s discretion
• Once the camp or short-term program has begun, no refunds will be issued
• Missed days are non-refundable

 

5. Class Transfers

Transfers between classes may be approved based on:

• Class availability
• Program compatibility
• Schedule feasibility

Transfers are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.

 

6. Subscription & Recurring Billing (Piano & Ongoing Programs)

Some Everlove Academy programs, including Piano classes and other designated ongoing programs, operate on a recurring subscription billing model (monthly or quarterly).

For subscription-based programs:

• Payments are automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Billing frequency (monthly or quarterly) is clearly disclosed at checkout
• By enrolling, you authorize Everlove Academy to process recurring payments automatically

Cancellation for Subscription Programs

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle
• Once a billing cycle has started, that cycle is non-refundable
• Cancellation prevents future charges only

Refunds for Subscription Programs

• The Two-Class Satisfaction Guarantee applies to new students
• After the first two class sessions:

• No refunds are issued for the current billing cycle

• Remaining sessions in the active billing period remain accessible
  • Missed classes are non-refundable

 

7. Missed Classes & Absences

• Missed classes due to illness, travel, or personal scheduling are not refundable
• Make-up opportunities are not guaranteed and depend on class availability

 

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Everlove Academy may result in:

• Immediate suspension of enrollment
• Permanent account restriction
• Loss of refund eligibility

We strongly encourage families to contact us directly for resolution.

 

9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
The exact posting time depends on your bank or card issuer.

 

10. Legal Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy and all disputes relating to refunds, payments, or enrollment shall be governed by the laws of the State where the program is delivered, except where federal law applies.

If a dispute involves multiple jurisdictions or online enrollment, the governing law shall default to the State of Washington, where Everlove Academy is headquartered.

Everlove Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our official website.
